On Sept. 11^th, 2021, the contract signing ceremony between Dalian Haosen and SINOTRUK Group Jinan Powertrain Co., Ltd. for intelligent assembly line project was held at Haosen. Haosen president Mr. Dong Dexi, executive vice president Mr. Zhang Jizhou, project team members, general manager of SINOTRUK Group Jinan Powertrain Co., Ltd. transmission plant Mr. Pan Shujun, manager of process engineering department Mr. Liu Shaoqin, and process engineer Mr. Liang Siyuan attend the signing ceremony. 

Before signing ceremony, both parties conducted in-depth and friendly conversation, reviewed every bit of previous projects, and expressed the good vision for future cooperation and development.

Mr. Pan mentioned that “this is the second time for me to visit Haosen, and the last time I was here for the first transmission project we cooperated, which was also the first large scale project over the ten years for SINOTRUK. The line was good, and every visitor to SINOTRUK, thought that was the best line for the entire plant. However, compared with the last project, the new line will be higher in automation rate, and the supporting logistics is also the highest level in domestic industry, which is a challenge for both of us, but I am confident for this project, I believe that with the convoy of Haosen, the project will be carried out smoothly and successfully.

When talking about the past cooperation, Mr. Dong noted, “During the first SINOTRUK transmission project, both parties had very good cooperation, although due to COVID-19, the project came across with big and small issues during the implementation. However, with the positive response and support of SINOTRUK team, they were all resolved one by one. The new project we undertook this time has a shorter lead time, higher automation and intelligence level, however, Haosen will definitely work actively to solve the problems in the project with new directions, new ways and new methods, meet customer requirements as much as possible, and gain higher eva1uation from customers, meanwhile, we will also create a demonstration project for SINOTRUK, and assist the continuous growth and progress for SINOTRUK.

Subsequently, under the witness of all participants, on behalf of both parties, Mr. Dong and Mr. Pan officially signed up purchase contract of transmission intelligent assembly line.

SINOTRUK transmission intelligent assembly line project is to “build SINOTRUK into a full range of commercial vehicle R&D manufacturing base with the most core technical competiveness, the most quality competiveness and the most cost competiveness, and it is a world-class brand, to become a respectful international enterprise”, to enhance product quality, increase volume as well as market share rate. This project is featured as short delivery time, extremely high requirement in automation and intelligence, fully automatic logistics, multiple robot applications, and complicated compatible models, with five series and multiple variants. This is a big challenge for Haosen. Therefore, Haosen will learn from and absorb the advantages of similar projects undertaken in the past to assist SINOTRUK to achieve the goal of “building a benchmark project in global industry”.
