As a supplier of intelligent production lines and intelligent device integration, Haosen recently joined hands with VinFast - a member of Vingroup, Vietnam's largest private company - to provide an intelligent production line for the hairpin motors in its high-end models. This is not only the 2nd hairpin motor intelligent line undertaken by Haosen from a renowned multinational car manufacturer, but also a new generation of hairpin motor intelligent line developed by Haosen independently, and yet another important milestone on Haosen's new energy journey.

Within merely 21 months of its launch in Vietnam, VinFast has become a highly competitive car seller in all competitive market segments and is planning to launch its intelligent electric vehicles on the global market in Year 2022.

This time, the production line supplied to VinFast by Haosen is a hairpin motor intelligent line, which can realize intelligent production of stator, intelligent production of rotor, final assembly of motor and final testing in an integrated and turnkey manner. It features high automation rate, short cycle time, multi-model parallel production and multi-generation product layout in advance, in which key stations such as wire insertion, wire forming, twisting and laser welding all adopt automatic plans. In addition, the mechanical, process and electrical requirements of the project are close to the standards of German vehicle manufacturers.

Hairpin motor has an absolute advantage in the new energy market, and it is also an important trend for the future.

Haosen has developed and mastered the key process of the motor assembly line for the E-drive system, such as U-PIN formation, insulating paper insertion, connection wire welding, PIN shaping, etc. By grasping these key technologies, we can do complete turnkey projects for all kinds of E-drive systems.  The U-PIN formation technology (i.e. Hair-pin formation technology) adopted by Haosen combines automatic unwinding, accurate straightening, automatic paint removal, etc., which can realize continuous automatic non-stop production mode and has the advantages of high precision and high production efficiency.
