Recently, Dalian Haosen has inked a contract with FAW Jiefang Automobile Co., Ltd. on an AMT Automatic Transmission Intelligent Assembly Line Project, which is also the first ever cooperation in the powertrain field between Haosen and FAW Jiefang.

Currently, the commercial vehicle market has entered an era of stock competition, and FAW Jiefang's terminal market share is still steadily increasing. For this cooperation mentioned above, the product coming off this AMT Automatic Transmission Intelligent Assembly Line is exactly a brand-new transmission independently developed by FAW Jiefang and will be serving for Jiefang commercial vehicles. In the future, it will see a better improvement both in the production capacity and the production stability.

As for FAW Jiefang, while holding the upper hand in the market, it is natural to reduce its dependence on the suppliers and take hold of the initiative. Putting the self-developed AMT automatic transmission to production will unquestionably improve its own resistance to risks and benefit a continuous development in the terminal market. This project is the largest investment of FAW Jiefang in the field of traditional powertrain business in recent years, which is the evidence of its high importance.

It is reported that this AMT Automatic Transmission Intelligent Assembly Line to be built by Haosen features high automation degree and strong compatibility. The main assembly line will adopt AGV transporting concept which ensure a flexible running route. And it is equipped with indexing unit to realize the positioning accuracy of automatic station. Meanwhile, with three fully automatic test benches and equipped with highly flexible testing software, multi-parameter testing on the product is also achieved. To this end, Haosen will continue to utilize its years of experience accumulated in the powertrain field, combining with the application of new technology, to meet customer requirements on the efficiency and quality.
