On August 11th, the 2022 Supplier Conference of Intelligent Power themed “Intelligence leads the way to a brand new future” was convened in Wuhan; representatives of more than 130 suppliers were invited to attend the meeting. As a partner supplier of Intelligent Power, Haosen powerfully won the "Special Contribution Award" for its outstanding performance in previous cooperation, especially in the Hairpin Stator 3# Line Project. 

The customer mentions in this meeting that, Intelligent Power, after the integration of Dongfeng powertrain business, is facing challenges such as the market is changing fast, new vehicle launching cycle is shorten, production capacity requires ramp-up, quality is in dire need of improvement, cost pressure is increasing and chips supply is in shortage and etc.

In this context, Haosen, while in the cooperation with Intelligent Power, has always been able to actively respond to customer needs and to continuously provide reliable product solutions. In the Hairpin Stator 3# Line Project, Haosen has planned for the customer a production line which features high compatibility and high production capacity. During the implementation of the project, the customer brought higher demand and more urgent requirements for our products, and Haosen quickly responded and provided solutions that stand the test, and took the lead in realizing a production line compatible for more than 7 variant products in China. Meanwhile, on the basis of the already planned 180k capacity, Haosen will upgrade the design for the ramp-up and further reduce costs for the customer.
