In May of this year, we had a report titled “Eye-striking Haosen Equipment Shown on the 3 Major National TV Channels in Uzbekistan”. At present time, this project has already been successfully handed over to UzAuto Motors Powertrain.

This production line is the biggest oversea project in size among those undertaken by Haosen. It takes up an area of 4400㎡. The engines coming off this line will be mounted to new vehicle models of Chevrolet, namely Tracker, Onix and etc. This engine is remarkably improved comparing to older versions in the aspects of weight, oil consumption and power and etc.

Comparing with the manual assembly line that had been in use at the customer plant for more than a decade of time, this new line delivered by Haosen magnificently improves customer’s manufacturing technology with an automation rate of 50% and an annual engine output of 200k. That is satisfying up to 90% end market requirements domestically and it is specially targeting at the exportation to Korea(ROK), Russia as well as other Central Asian countries, promoting for the implementation of the overseas market expansion strategy of UzAuto and also helping UzAuto in promoting corporate image and influence.

During the implementation of this project, Haosen carried out the design work following the GM (North America) norms which were extremely strict. Haosen Electric Control team members were at the side of GM engineers to overcome all kinds of difficulties and achieved the first ever application of FACS6.0 system in the global range.

On completion of the final acceptance, Vice GM & Manufacturing Director of the customer expressed sincere thanks for the laborious hard work of Haosen on-site team during the period of more than 10 months and highly praised the service awareness, attitude and capability of Haosen team. It was also mentioned that Chinese people are full of cooperative spirits and attaches great importance to the overall situation.

On the day before Haosen team departed for the journey back to China, the General Manager of the customer personally received Haosen team and said, “Your performance gives the proof that our decision on not choosing the bidders from Korea (ROK), Japan, Germany or France is totally right. The uncertainty and worries we originally hold had been cleared out at this time. In the future, both parties shall have more cooperation.”
