Reliable “Hydrogen” test results | A brand new show-up of Single Fuel Cell Test Bench independently developed by Haosen

In the context of “Dual Carbon”, fuel cell, by virtue of its advantages of high efficiency and low carbon, has become one of the sustainable solutions for the transformation of automobile industry, and its performance is having direct impact on the overall vehicle performance. Therefore, the test on the fuel cell is of utmost importance - not only the test shall be effective and ensuring the quality, performance, stability and reliability of the cell, it shall also be helpful for improving & promoting the designs of fuel cells.


HSFC-STS500 Single Fuel Cell Test Bench newly coming off the line from Haosen is meeting the test requirements for the single fuel cells at a rated power of 60W–500W.

Single cell test bench is a product developed & designed based on the researches of Haosen on the fuel cell test process and the accumulation of test experiences; it has functions of multiple dimensions such as R&D test, Lifespan test, conditional sensitivity analysis, reliability and endurance capability test and etc. It is close to various actual requirements from the fuel cell testing process.

1.Independent patent, stable & reliable, saving cost

The humidifying system is independently developed. It can achieve highly effective humidification, is reliable in performance, easy for control and saving on cost. Independently developed test & control software has self-test function and it runs only when no problem exists.

Standardized product, mature soft- & hardware design, long-term stock of the key components of standard products, the control system developed based on the CODESYS platform. The program is highly transplantable and the development cycle is short.
