On Sep.21^st, 2023 Global EV Drive Motor Industry Conference and Flat Wire Motor Summit was grandly held in Shanghai.  With the theme of “A Future Driven By Innovation”, the Summit was rallying technological champions in the trade, experts and enterprise representatives from government associations, suppliers of NEVs both at home and from abroad, car manufacturers, motor manufacturers, flat wire motor raw material suppliers, production line & equipment suppliers, testing organizations and providers of related technologies, college/research institutes, investment institutions and etc., and the attendees had a discussion together on the new demands, new trends and industrial innovations in the NEV flat wire motor industry.

As an automotive equipment system supplier having global influence, Haosen shared, on this event, its mass production equipment solution for the X-pin stator key manufacturing processes, elaborated on the achievements of Haosen in the flat wire motor manufacturing field. The leading capability of Haosen in the R&D, prototype manufacturing, mass production and modification was able to provide innovative & reliable solutions for the EV manufacturers and motor manufacturers all over the world; it was also boosting the launch of customers’ new products and effectively promoting the efficiency and flexibility of the production lines and equipment.

Flat wire motor intelligent manufacturing solution

Haosen works extreme efforts in promoting the innovation and development of the motor industry, has mastered 2-10 layers flat wire motor manufacturing technologies and the complete series of key process equipment are all independently developed. With the continuous expansion of motor business, Haosen has accumulated much experience, has improved the capability in analyzing the manufacture feasibility of flat wire motors, has integrated and absorbed specialists & resources on all fronts, and are able to provide technological supports to the customers that are more professional, more productive and more economical.

On the new generation X-pin product, Haosen has made breakthroughs in critical points and difficulty points such as the accuracy of wire formation, the compatibility of wire-cutters, the quality of twisting, the designs for welding grippers and the visual guidance for welding and etc., and has succeeded in the trial production of X-pin flat wire stator and is awarded mass production orders for the same. Aiming at the product development, Haosen has established a drive motor process laboratory to assist the customers in the verification of newly developed products as well as the manufacture of prototypes.

Beyond that mentioned above, Haosen flat wire motor intelligent manufacturing solutions involve motor stators, rotors, marriage processes, N-in-1 E-drive production lines as well as EOL equipment, which are covering various production scenarios for flat wire motors, adopting modularized & standardized designs, helping the partners improve the utilization rate of the products, and saving cost for the future retooling work.

In the on-spot exclusive interview after the conference, Haosen mentioned that, with the rich accumulation in the past many years and with the experience of successful delivery of many stator production lines, Haosen already acquired an advantageous position in terms of core process technology and core equipment supply safety and was currently running side by side or evensurpassing the internationally 1^st class flat wire motor equipment suppliers. In order to elevate the delivery capability, make effective use of talents and supply chain advantages, Haosen set up a big-size production base in Changzhou that would soon be put into use.

On the R&D side, Haosen also revealed its next target, i.e. accomplishing the equipment development & process verification for the W-pin mass production line in the coming year 2024. Due to the fast upgrading of the new energy products, Haosen was also taking the flexibility and extensibility as a key direction for the continuous R&D work.
