To further deepen the integration of industry and education, and strengthen the collaborative education between schools and enterprises, on November 8th, Luo Zhong, Vice Dean of Scientific Research at the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Northeastern University, and his group visited Haosen for research. Zhang Jizhou, Executive Deputy General Manager of Haosen, Deputy General Manager of Motor Business Group, Director of Human Resources Administration Department, Director of Supply Chain Management Department, Director of R&D Management Department, and relevant department heads warmly welcomed them and exchanged ideas. At the meeting, both parties signed a school enterprise strategic cooperation agreement.

Luo and his group visited Haosen motor R&D prototype line, robot application laboratory, insulation equipment, wire forming equipment, and R&D design building, etc., and conducted in-depth research on the application of Haosen technology in the industry and got the picture of the office and living environment of personnel.

Zhang Jizhou warmly welcomed the visit of Luo and his group. He introduced the development process of Haosen and the subject of school enterprise collaborative innovation. Zhang Jizhou stated that enterprises, as the main participants in talent cultivation, can provide internship practice bases and real teaching scenarios for university students. He hoped that both schools and enterprises can increase communication, use scientific research projects and practical projects as carriers, jointly breakthrough key core technology, and achieve the integration of industry and education in the intelligent manufacturing industry, as well as coordinated development.

Luo congratulated Haosen on its achievements and looked forward to his visit and future cooperation between the two sides. Luo hoped to take this opportunity to fully leverage the advantages of both schools and enterprises, and comprehensively enhance the level of cooperation between schools and enterprises in various aspects such as strategic cooperation, technological innovation, and talent cultivation.

At the meeting, both parties also signed a school enterprise strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will strengthen links in areas such as scientific R&D, talent cultivation, talent exchange, and research platform construction.

In the future, Haosen will further expand the breadth and depth of cooperation with the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Northeastern University, enhance the integration of industry and education, cooperate with the school, and jointly shoulder the social responsibility of talent education.
